The outer case/box of the product is only for protecting the goods inside. Light damages such as folding marks, scratches or discoloration on the case/box cannot be subject to any compensation claim.

In the case of prints and printed materials (photocards), minor contamination, scratches, flaws, bends, and folds may occur due to the manufacturing process and product characteristics.

Returns & Exchanges

You are eligible for exchange or return in the following cases:
- Delivery will start within 15 days after placing your order.
- Products can be exchanged/returned within 7 days of delivery. If the return is due to a defect in the product itself, returns and exchanges are possible within 1 month of delivery.
- In case of missing components etc., application for returns/exchanges is only possible if there is a unboxing video of the package.
 
You are not eligible for exchange or return in the following cases:
- If missing components etc. cannot be confirmed (unboxing video is necessary for proof). There have been cases of abuse because missing components cannot be proved, so it is necessary to attach unboxing video. Please understand.
- If the product is lost or damaged due to customers' responsibility. (However, for cases where the packaging is damaged in order to check the contents of the product are excluded)
- If the packaging has been opened or the packaging has been damaged and the product value has been significantly lost.
- If the product value has significantly decreased due to the customer's use or consumption
- If the product value has significantly decreased over time to the extent that resale is difficult.
- Please note customers are responsible for the return shipping costs due to a simple change of mind, and if you send the product without a return request, it may be difficult to proceed your request and a refund may not be possible.
